Founder & Managing Member

Jereme Baker is the owner and Managing Member of Baker Law Group. Mr. Baker has extensive experience in the various practice areas of the firm, namely, Real Estate, Business/Corporate Law, Estate Planning, and Probate. He has provided legal and business advice to many small to medium-sized businesses through roles as both in-house legal counsel and as outside general counsel.

Some of Mr. Baker’s recent practice accomplishments include negotiating and forming a multimillion-dollar joint venture investment fund; assisting private equity client in acquiring over $30 million in real estate assets including drafting, negotiating and in the performance of due diligence; and assisting client in the negotiation and drafting of a $60 million-dollar commercial real estate development venture in Denver.

Mr. Baker has also provided advisement regarding governance, management and operation of privately held investment ventures, advisement regarding regulatory/compliance review,

formation and drafting of corporate governance documents and board books, drafting of business formation and partnership agreements, drafting of commercial loan agreements, and negotiating, resolving, and litigating contractual disputes. In addition, he has advised regarding various real estate matters, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, drafting residential and commercial leases, and conducting real estate title and due diligence review. In the areas of probate he has experience litigating contested wills/trusts and probate contests, & advising clients regarding probate administration.

Jereme started Baker Law Group in 2011. He earned his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. Degree from the University of Colorado. He has two preschool aged boys, and he loves taking them camping, hiking, and fishing and watching them grow up. He is a 2014 Recipient of the Billy Lewis Young Lawyer Award – Courage Under Fire Award. Additionally, superlawyers.com recognized Mr. Baker as a “Rising Star”.
